Get to Know Me

Kentucky was my birthplace, but I grew up in New York. I am the oldest of five siblings and a mother to two mazing young men. 

As for my credentials...I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University in New Jersey. I am also a Certified Relationship Coach and Intimacy Guru.  Counseling and coaching is my calling. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples and LGBTQ in the area of intimacy, relationship counseling, non-traditional relationship counseling and pre-marital counseling.  I specialize in Inner Child Healing, relationship challenges and human sexuality. ​

 

I also work with clients with self-esteem, self-confidence and self-love challenges.

My approach allows individuals and couples to regain their confidence and shift perspective. When you take back your power, by taking control of your thoughts and beliefs, you can achieve anything.

I am licensed in Texas and Florida.  I offer psychotherapy sessions as well as coaching packages via telehealth.
